The working environment at Dean Jay Architects is one of proficiency and creativity, of focus and of dry wit. The enjoyment of being in this space feeds through into the designs - we understand that buildings must be places of warmth and happiness, not only of beauty and functionality. It is in this atmosphere that homes are created, office buildings are formed and game lodges are conceived. This highly diverse and collaborative nature results in many ideas being brought to the table and the comfort we share with each other allows for honest and critical feedback. The result is a working space where ideas are not bound or stifled, and where creativity flourishes. At the same time, concepts are not allowed to run amok - they are edited and carefully crafted by a closely integrated and candid team who hold each other accountable to the highest professional standards.

Our combined goal is to create excellent architecture of which we can be extremely proud.
